BUYER ANSWER · MINING PARTS RFQ

Catalogue listing versus stock availability

The difference between a public product reference and confirmed commercial availability.

PRACTICAL CHECKLIST

Does a product shown in the catalogue mean it is in stock?

  1. Send the exact part number and quantity.
  2. Request current availability for that line item.
  3. Confirm new, rebuilt or other product condition.
  4. Confirm manufacturer and origin claims with supporting documents where required.
  5. Confirm warranty, packing and lead time in the quotation.

Important: RootReach does not treat a public listing as proof of inventory, genuine origin or authorization.

SAMPLE APPROVAL & SUPPORTING EVIDENCE

What evidence is needed before approving a replacement mining part?

Match the part number to the machine make, model and serial, then compare markings, interfaces and dimensions. Record the requested condition and any proposed alternative. A reference number or photograph alone is not written fitment confirmation.

What to request from the supplier

Request item-specific compatibility confirmation, condition information and the inspection records required for the enquiry. Resolve unclear references before approving a replacement.
