Enquiry privacy and contact information

This notice describes the RootReach Global enquiry builder and contact links. Updated 11 October 2026.

Preparing a draft does not send it

The enquiry builder prepares a message in your browser. Reviewing the draft does not send it. Refreshing the page clears the form. Copying or downloading the brief creates a copy under your control.

The draft can include your product requirements, quantity, destination, company name, optional discovery source and the website page you came from. Review it before choosing a sending option.

Direct submission, when available

A direct-send form appears only when online sending is enabled. If you choose it, your reply email, reviewed brief and optional attachments are passed through our hosting provider and Resend for delivery to the RootReach enquiry mailbox. Cloudflare Turnstile performs the form security check. The website does not create a separate enquiry database.

An acceptance message means the email service accepted the request; it does not confirm that a person has read it. Keep the displayed reference for follow-up. Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to your sourcing request. Email records and attachments remain in the receiving mailbox until removed; ask our contact below about access or deletion.

When you use email or WhatsApp

The email button passes the draft to your configured email application. The WhatsApp button passes the draft in a link to WhatsApp. Those services may process the link or draft when opened, before you press Send. RootReach receives the enquiry when you send the message through your chosen service.

Your email or messaging provider applies its own privacy and account practices. Do not put passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or unrelated personal information in an initial enquiry.

Information needed for sourcing

Start with the product or part reference, quantity, destination country or city and a business reply address. Add only drawings and photos you are entitled to share. Technical requirements may need to be discussed with a proposed supplier to clarify the enquiry; tell us about confidentiality restrictions before sending restricted drawings or documents.

Ask Yang Aoxin about the intended recipients and handling of confidential information before sharing it. A quotation or order may require additional information, which should be discussed separately.

Website and service operations

Website hosting and the services you open can process technical request information needed to deliver or protect their services. A sourcing draft is different from a website access request: not sending the draft does not mean that no technical request data is processed by hosting or messaging providers.

The optional “How did you find us?” answer is included in the draft you review. It is not proof that a search engine or AI service referred you, and leaving it blank does not prevent an enquiry.

Optional website measurement

If Google Analytics is configured, the website offers an analytics preference. The analytics script is loaded only after you choose to allow it. It measures page visits and actions such as preparing a brief or opening a contact link; those actions do not establish a qualified enquiry. Our custom events exclude enquiry text, email addresses, filenames and URL query strings.

Your preference is stored in this browser. Use “Analytics preferences” near the bottom of a page to change it. Declining does not prevent using the website or contacting us. When analytics is not configured, no analytics preference is shown and the Google Analytics script is not loaded.
