Is RootReach Global a manufacturer or a trading business?
RootReach Global (禾远国际) is a China-based trading and sourcing business, not a manufacturer of all nine product categories. We connect international buyers with suppliers in specialized manufacturing regions. Our Shahe and Shanghai locations work side by side.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no single MOQ across our product categories. Minimum quantities depend on the product, supplier, specification and customization. Send your required quantity and product details so the applicable MOQ can be confirmed in the quotation.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Sample availability, sample charges, shipping costs and any refund arrangement are agreed for each product and supplier. Ask for these terms before paying for a sample. Samples are not automatically free.
How long do production and delivery take?
Lead times depend on the product, order quantity, stock availability, customization and supplier schedule. Shipping time is separate from production time and depends on the destination and transport method. Timelines are confirmed for each order, not guaranteed by a general website estimate.
What information should I send for a sourcing quotation?
Send the product name, specification or drawing, material, intended use, quantity, destination country or port, packaging requirements and target delivery date. Include any required standards or certificates. Photos and a target price can help clarify the request.
How are quality checks and compliance requirements handled?
Quality-check scope, acceptance criteria and any inspection costs must be agreed for the order. Tell us the standards required in your destination market so supplier documentation can be checked for the specific product. We do not claim that every product has the same certifications.
What payment and shipping terms apply?
Payment method, deposit, balance timing, currency, shipping terms and responsibility for freight, insurance, duties and taxes are agreed in the written quotation or contract for each order. This website does not set a universal payment or shipping policy.
