ROOTREACH FIELD NOTES · 11 OCTOBER 2026

From a part number to a supplier check.

A number on a parts list can start a conversation. It cannot finish one. Here is how we help buyers turn that first clue into an enquiry a supplier can answer.

Hydraulic pump YA00059245, shown in cooperating supplier YUZUO's public catalogue article. This is a catalogue image, not RootReach inventory.

If you buy parts for a large mining machine, you know how a short request can grow into a long email chain. “Please quote a pump for EX3600-6” sounds specific. It still leaves the pump position, assembly scope and the numbers on the old unit unanswered.

RootReach Global works with cooperating supplier YUZUO on mining equipment parts enquiries. Our role is to bring the buyer's evidence and the supplier's proposed item into the same conversation, then keep open questions visible until they are resolved. We do not make the equipment or claim that a catalogue reference alone proves fitment.

TWO STARTING POINTS

The useful clue is already in the catalogue.

01 · HYDRAULICS

YA00059245

YUZUO identifies this hydraulic pump reference with a Hitachi EX3600-6. Before seeking an offer, we would ask for the machine serial number, every readable pump marking, its installed position and whether the request is for the whole assembly or a component.

02 · UNDERCARRIAGE

4666752

YUZUO lists this track roller reference for a Hitachi EX1200-6. The old roller's markings, its position and the machine's serial number help the supplier check the proposed configuration rather than relying on a similar-looking photograph.

HOW WE WORK

Make the unanswered parts of the request visible.

We start with the information you have: the machine plate, old-part markings, photographs, a drawing or a parts list. Each requested item gets its own line. If a number belongs to a housing rather than a complete assembly, or if a proposed alternative needs dimensional checking, that question stays open in the enquiry.

It is a small discipline with a practical payoff. A buyer can see which product the supplier is proposing, which details were actually checked and which terms still need written confirmation. A quotation becomes easier to compare when the requested quantity, destination and supply scope are clear.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Bring us the list you have.

Yang Aoxin (杨奥鑫) is your contact at RootReach Global. Send one part or a mixed list. We will organise the enquiry for supplier review and flag what still needs to be confirmed before a price can be relied on.

SAMPLE APPROVAL & SUPPORTING EVIDENCE

What evidence is needed before approving a replacement mining part?

Match the part number to the machine make, model and serial, then compare markings, interfaces and dimensions. Record the requested condition and any proposed alternative. A reference number or photograph alone is not written fitment confirmation.

What to request from the supplier

Request item-specific compatibility confirmation, condition information and the inspection records required for the enquiry. Resolve unclear references before approving a replacement.

Buyer guidance from RootReach. This is not a supplier test result, certification or a guarantee of suitability. Confirm the evidence and acceptance criteria for the individual item.
