Seating enquiry
Chairs, stools and upholstered seating requirements for a buyer-defined design or project.
SPECIFICATION FIRST
What should I provide for a seating enquiry?
- State overall dimensions, seat height, intended use and a drawing or reference image.
- Identify frame, upholstery, colour and finish references; separate approved samples from preferences.
- Define assembly format, included hardware, packing limits and the required inspection scope.
The categories describe buyer enquiry scopes, not a verified supplier catalogue or available stock. Exact models, technical evidence, origin, condition, compatibility and commercial terms require item-level confirmation.
BUYER EXAMPLE · NOT A CUSTOMER CASE
A common clarification step
A buyer sends a chair photo without dimensions. Before comparing offers, add the seat height, frame requirement, upholstery reference and quantity per colour.
What to compare
Do not compare an upholstered assembled chair with a knock-down chair using a different frame or covering as an identical offer.
Record the agreed reference revision, proposed alternative, unresolved question and approval status for each line.
